The Adharii Order was an organization comprised of former members of Vrad Adharan´s army during his rule of the Brightstar Territories who chose to continue following him after his death in 189 A.B.Y.
Legendary Origin[]
One day after Vrad´s death, Aerion Sadryn, one of his most trusted generals, nicknamed "The Deathbringer" for his love of violence and cruelty, claimed to have heard Vrad´s voice speaking in his head.
The voice told him that he musn´t feel bad for his death, because he was going to come back more powerful than ever to destroy the ones who dared to opposed him.
"What should we do until then?" Aerion supposedly replied.
"Form an army of likeminded individuals, destroy everything this traitorous filth loves and cares for. Fill their hearts with horror and fear for their future, and make them regret all their betrayals, cause when I come back from the dead, everyone shall pay for their sins. Eye for eye, teeth for teeth."
Vrad´s followers believed the story inmediatly, but others spoke of another posibility, that the voice was only a sample of Aerion´s growing insanity, which he had shown signs for even before Vrad´s arrival.
History[]
The Adharii Order was founded in 189 ABY, shortly after the death of the dictator Vrad Adharan at the hands of Darion Serpynn. Aerion Sadryn, Vrad's second in command, founded the Order in hopes of getting revenge and finding a way to bring Vrad back from the dead.
In an age when both Jedi and Sith were almost extinct, the ideals of the Adharii quickly intrigued many dark side followers, who found a chance to unleash their rage and grief.
Members of the Grey Jedi Order despised the Adharii, but strangely they never attacked them. When asked about this, Nihl called the Adharii megalomaniac terrorists and affirmed that they weren´t worth his time.
In 226 ABY Aerion formed an alliance with four other criminal groups in order to form an army capable of conquering the galaxy. The Golden Alliance attacked shortly afterwards. The war ended two years later, when Aerion was killed in a duel against Deliah Skywalker.
Aerion was succeeded by his adoptive son Daemon Sadryn, who turned the Adharii into a more militarized group.
During the Third Galactic Civil War the Adharii took advantage of the chaos and started attacking certain planets looking for powerful artifacts capable of reviving Vrad, his plan failed as the powerful Dawnbringer was destroyed by Magnus Corvax in Mustafar.
Daemon died in 254 ABY and was succeeded by his adoptive son Rennard. Rennard united the Adharii's strongest warriors to form his royal guard. This group would eventually become known as the Knights of Ren.
